Sync mobile to card

The sync said my postal code do not match when I tried to sync the card and mobile. Is there any suggestions?

Thank you for your query.

Depending on the country, the postcode must be entered differently by the customer when registering on SwissPass.ch. If the postcode contains letters, these must be written in capital letters. I recommend that you contact ticketshop@sbb.ch directly.
