The sync said my postal code do not match when I tried to sync the card and mobile. Is there any suggestions?

I registered by mobile and used my address in the US with postal code 67152. While I was in Lausanne, my son-in-law help me get the actual card and use his postal code 1004. ( My mistake not knowing that they are the same type of card) Now I wan to syne the information. I tried several combinations but it didn't work.

I have tried to do the registration on www.swisspass.ch At Post Code I entered "67152" and at Town I entered "Kansas" and could complete the registration. I recommend you do this through the website.
