Swisstours.com purchase

Hi—we bought 25% discount 8 day swisspass through swisstours.com. Pretty sure it is fraudulent now as the charge came through India. They sent us our tickets with QR code but we didn’t need to give passport info. Is this real or do we need to cancel the payment? If it is real, how do we load the passes into the SBB mobile app?

We can not give you any information because the booking was not made with SBB. Offers purchased on other websites cannot be loaded in our SBB Mobile App. Please contact the responsible office: https://www.swisstours.com/

Ok, thank you, I understand it can't be uploaded to the app but will it be accepted on the train as a legitimate ticket? I.e. is swisstours an authorized seller of tickets, or can swisspasses only be purchased via SBB?
