Hello,

on the 5th of September I pass by your center in Lausanne gare and requested a monthly subscription but I still havent received the card. 
i have been told it doesnt usually take so long. Can you assist with this?

Please contact the Railservice on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min) or send an email to ticketshop@sbb.ch so that the production of your card can be checked.
