If you purchase the swiss travel pass online "as a guest” without a login, you have to print out your tickets afterwards. To retrieve your tickets digitally, you have to purchase them directly online with a login. Download the SBB Mobile app on your smartphone/tablet, log in with your swisspass account and you'll be able to display them. You'll find all information here.
