Due to Swiss government restrictions on access to closed spaces such as restaurants, theaters and museums for people vaccinated with Coronavac, which is my situation, I'm considering the possibility of canceling my trip or redirecting it to another country that have no restrictions on this vaccine. What can I do to request the cancellation of my Swiss Travel Pass and the respective refund?
