How do I add my Swiss Travel Pasd 15 to SBB Mobile app?

We have a 15 day Swiss Travel pass. It was ordered from the ticket shop via email and we received the email with the link to print it out. How do we enter our tickets into the SBB Mobile app?

Hey @Grist35

You can only display the Swiss Travel Pass on the SBB Mobile App if you were logged in with a SwissPass-Account when you bought it on www.sbb.ch

Simply login on the mobile app with your SwissPass-Login and the ticket will appear.

If you have chosen “purchase as a guest” then it is not possible to display it on the SBB Mobile App.
