Super saver Ticket refund

Hi, 

I bought 4 super saver tickets (2 adults and 2 children) under order number 550691330. I live in UK and had holidays planned in April. Due to current COVID 19 situation and restrictiion imposed on international travel by both UK and Swiss authorities, I have to cancel my trip.

I have raised a request last week for tickets refund but have not heard anything yet. In total, i paid CHF113.60. Will you be able to advise how long will it take to process the refund?

We have refunded the tickets. The amount of CHF 113.60 has been credited to the payment card used for the purchase (exceptionally without a fee).
