Solicitec Feedback Impossible

I was invited to give feedback on my experience on this website. I was trying to find help for the missing list of previous trips in the SBB Mobile app. Not only do I find no help (it has evidently been a known problem for some time now), I am also unable to post in the relevant thread, https://sbbcffffs-community.sbb.ch/t5/SBB-Mobile-SBB-Preview-EasyRide/Tickets-booked-online-are-not-.... Clicking on the "Antworten" button produces no response (in Firefox 107.0.1 running under Windows 10 21H2).

When I attempted to give this feedback, I got the following error message:

Authentifizierungsticket stimmt nicht überein, Authentifizierung fehlgeschlagen.

Thanks for your feedback. Especially older community posts are abused for spam comments. Therefore, we close the reply function.
