I just downloaded SBB Mobile app, as it seems there are "supersaver" tickets in there. Well i enter the app and there NO SINGLE BUTTON saying ""SEARCH tickets""! There is a big red round button saying START, but thats for bus nearby... after some time of stress i find that u have to enter the button "Timetable" to search for tickets. Guys, this is not very clear! Switzerland needs urgently to become more technological, more user friendly, UX, you know? Have a look on the Dutch train website www.ns.nl and get inspired. For god sake, make it easy, Clear, and Friendly! Technologically focused! Thank U!
