Refund request due to Corona

Hi,

I had purchased 4 Saver Day Pass tickets from Interlaken West to Bern dated 16.3.2020. However, due to the coronavirus, we cannot travel on that day and I had send a refund request on 15.3.2020. These are the information of the tickets:

1.Nguyen Thao Nguyen

2.Ha My Vu

3.Huy Khanh Nguyen

4.Pham Viet My Dao

We would like to know that can we receive the money back or not? And how long does the process take to pay the money back? Thank you.

Here you can request a refund for unused or only partially used tickets, and which you purchased online or via mobile phone.

I had sent another request form for the tickets. I would like to know how long does it take for the the refund back to my account? 

In which cases that I cannot receive the refund?

Unfortunately, I can't tell you exactly how long it will take. We receive a lot of requests at the moment, the refund of the tickets can take a few days.
