Dear SBB Team,
i would like to refund my saver day pass because I’m an air crew operating flight from country which needs mandatory quarantine. I already filled the refund request form and I just want to know how do I know if the refund is approve? Because I didn’t receive any email after I complete the form. Thank you so much and take care!

Thank you for your query.
Normally you will receive a confirmation of receipt after sending the form. If your ticket is refundable, we will automatically refund your credit to the payment method used for the purchase. If your ticket cannot be refunded, you will receive an e-mail.

I didn’t receive any confirmation email anyhow....did I fill up the wrong form? I filled up the form from “online purchase” sector. Or should I fill up another new form?
I only received this personal email, is this the one?
