Hello, My name is (*** SBB admin: redacted => data protection)

I bought a ticket on the sbb mobile on March 27th. According to the refund regulation, it is possible to get a refund if you cancel within 30 minutes of purchasing a mobile phone, is it possible to get a refund? But I couldn't get a refund.'m attaching the canceled ticket, so please check it. thank you so much

Hi @MISUN 

If the ticket state “This ticket has been refunded”, the corresponding amount is credited to the payment card used for the purchase. You have also received a refund confirmation by email, please chek your mails. 

Note: I have hidden your first and last names deleted the photo from your ticket for data protection reasons. Do not communicate private information about the community!
