Purchased ticket not showing in my account

Hello there! I purchased 3 separate tickets in the last couple weeks for upcoming travel, but only 2 are showing in my account and in my app. How do I get my third purchased ticket added to my account to view? It processed and I have a confirmation email, so I know the ticket was purchased completely. Thank you!

Thank you for your question.

Please call the SBB Contact Center (0041 848 44 66 88, CHf 0.08/min) and give my colleagues the order number you see on the confirmation email. 
They will be able to verify why the ticket is not showing in the App.
