Solved: Problems with completing ticket purchase from UK - SBB CFF FFS Community

I’m trying to buy point to point tickets for tomorrow on the app but when it gets to the collecting payment stage nothing happens it just seems to get stuck. How can I resolve this? I have an SBB account.

What kind of card are you using?

Did you try to buy it from the SBB Webshop at www.sbb.ch/en? When you are logged in before purchase, the tickets will be later available on the app, too.

Hi, I’ve purchased via the website now without any isssues, and yes the tickets also appear in the app now!
