my ticket is from zurich hb to intetlaken via bern on 2190928. just know train to interlaken at 21：06 is cancelled. i'm now on the train to bern . would youplease tell me how to get to interlaken west from bern? i need to get to inerlaken today. reference number is 42741333 42741334 42741335
