Payment through app stopped working with twint

Thank you for your post.

We would need more information on this one to help you. Sometimes the purchase does not work because there is a connection problem. Make sure you have a solid internet connection, update the app to the newest version and try loggin in and out. Is there maybe an error code showing up?

If the purchase hast not gone through but the amount has been charged, do not worry: this is not definitive and will be released. Payments are only definitively charged when the ticket has been sold.
