I have a a samsung S7 on android version 7.0 For the last 2 days I have been unable to pay for a mobile ticket as I get the message that my device needs to be Anroid 5.0 or above?
If you reached this amount, ask your bank to increase the limit, wait until your card can be charged again, or make a payment with a different payment method download shareit

We don’t have any problem with Samsung S7. In this case, I suggest you to contact the specialists of the Ticketshop (ticketshop@sbb.ch).

It actually worked yesterday afternoon without issue. I'll keep an eye on it and contact the ticketshop if it happens again. Thanks for responding.
