Payment method adding problem

Hello! My name is Jin Seok Lee from Republic of Korea. I am going to book several tickets to visit Swiss. But when I reach to payment section, I try to add my check card to pay, but error has occurred. Even though I type it correctly. The error code is DTR- 1403.

Hello! I also have a problem of adding payment method. Other cards are added, but the card that I want to use is not added especially. The app said ‘authorization error’ and error code was DTR-3. And the card company said the card I want to use doesn’t have matter.

The following payment options are accepted:

  • Mastercard.
  • Visa.
  • American Express Schweiz.
  • Diners Club.
  • MyOne.
  • TWINT.
  • Apple Pay.
