Payment and ticket problem

I just paid one ticket which is from 'Interlaken ost' to 'basel' on 03/10/17 by Mobile SBB 

But some kind of problem has arised that i cannot find my ticket, despite of payment approval

I wonder if i can get a refund or If this debit has not confirmed at your company, i want you to cancle it. 

I want to know customer service email in case of informing my credit card number.

I advise you to write an e-mail to our Ticketshop:

Don’t forget to note the 4 first and the 4 last numbers of your credit card.

My colleagues can check what is happened.
