No reply from contacting request/complaint form, is this normal?

I wonder if anybody also experience this: No reply from contacting request/complaint form on SBB website. I want to know if this is a common issue, or is this just happening to me/a few people. And if this has anything to do with me speaking English, or has a foreign name. I get the sense that some swiss people dont like foreigners. But it is a little disturbing to be contently ignored by an infrastructure business...
