My lost AirPods are currently located in SBB lost&found in Bern but SBB cannot return them to me

The IOS app "Find My" shows my AirPods in SBB lost & found building.

I placed in SBB lost&found website a claim.

As I do not have the serial number, SBB is unable to identify my device despite the fact that I can make it ring.
