My credit card was charged and I did not receive the tickets

Hi, I purchased 2 return tickets on 2nd class for Luzern - Titlis for 2nd April and i was charged CHF 130.80 by my credit card company but i did not receive the tickets in my email and is also not there in my orders section in my account
The credit card used by me is 52xx xxxx xxxx 4954
Please help as i am worried

I suggest you to contact directly our Contact Center via email: ticketshop@sbb.ch with the following informations:

Your route, the date, your e-mail adress and the 6 first and 4 last digits of your credit card.
