My SwissPass won't sync with SBB Mobile

When I enter my SwissPass number and postcode and press "Link now", it loads for a second and then nothing happens.

Hello @mharri 

Often, such errors can be fixed by deleting the browser's history or logging into www.swisspass.ch using a different browser.
