My Refund Not Transfered Yet

I do my refund for swiss travel ps on May 31 and receive confirmation toward email but until today, i didn’t get my money transfered to my bank account. How long i should wait till i get my money back ?

Usually it does not take this long, so pelase call our SBB Contact Center to verify with our colleagues: they are available 24/7 at the number 0041 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min).
