I have purchased a 4 day SWISS PASS. I planned to take the train from Zurich Airport to Chur and Chur to Zermatt taking the glacier express. On my return journey, I planned to take the train from ZERMATT to Zurich Airport via VISP. Please correct me if I am wrong for the below.

A) I hv reserved my seats for the Glacier express.

B) For the above routes. I am taking, I dont have to buy any train tickets as it is already cover by the Swiss Pass. Only I need to pay for reservations

C) For the journey from Zermatt to Zurich Airport, can i reserve my seats?

D) lastly, I have received my tickets thru email. I tried to download the mobile apps but they asked me for a SWISS pass number. Where can I get a Swiss Pass number. I only received the ticket detail but no Swiss Pass no

Kindly advise. Thank you very much

a) That is correct, you need the seat reservation / panorama train ticket.

b) You can buy a seat reservation yourself via the SBB Mobile App. Alternatively, you can reserve the seats at a staffed SBB counter or online at www.sbb.ch.

c) You will receive a SwissPass number (customer number) when you order a SwissPass card. The first card is free of charge. The easiest way, you can order the card at a staffed SBB counter. You would need to bring a passport photo and your passport or identity card.
But you don't necessarily need this. The SwissPass card is mostly needed for season tickets and additional services. You can also create a user account on swisspass.ch without a customer number.
