Once i switched to the swiss pass login on my Android APP ; i cannot see on the phone the tickets that i bought with my computer (altought using the swiss pass login)

in my start page menu i tick : my trips and my tickets and nothing happens.

how comes that features are removed and customers are not warned?

Hi Giampiero 

It is possible to link your old ticket shop account with the SwissPass login. In order to do so, you can call the SwissPass Login Supporton 0800 111 655 (Mon-Fr 6 a.m. -7 p.m. and Sat/Sun 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.) or fill out the contact form.

We have informed all customers several times by e-mail, via app and the website that we'll switch to SwissPass login.
