Luzern-Interlaken Express panorama coach reservation is not available in November due to under maintenance thus from Meirrigen to Interlaken is by bus. May I know is that bus enough to cater all people? Or based on past experience it is full of que? May I book reservation?

If the seat reservation is not possible on the website, you can call us any time at the following number: +41 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min).
Alternatively, you can book yout seats at any SBB counter. Here our opening hours.

We are family of 6(5 adults + 1 child) . We are trying to book seat for Panorama express between Interlaken ost to lucerene. But it says seat reservation is not possible.
Is it allowed to board the train with out seat reservation?
Sorry I see SBB website said the rail replacement bus have GR symbol. GR symbol mean reservation compulsory. Do I need to make reservation?

Reservations can be made up to Brünig-Hasliberg. Normally there are enough seats on the train replacement bus.

Yes, if trains are replaced by busses, you can still travel with your Saver Day Pass.

Reservation is necessary only for groups (10 people and more).
