I recently downloaded the SBB App. I have upcoming train reservations, but when I select the “upcoming trips” tab, and select one of my trips, it just comes up with the Ticket barcode— not the route. So I have no way to see platform information, train changes, etc.
This is problematic as my last train had a platform change and I had no way of knowing this easily in the app (without looking up my route like I was purchasing a new ticket.)
My daughter lives here and her app’s “upcoming trips” display is different— it does indeed show the route and platform.
Is there a setting or something I can do to fix this frustrating issue? I have some complicated train trips coming up with tight connections and I need to have clear access to the route and platforms for those journeys.
