Import tickets into the mobile app

Hello,

That would be great if you could implement an option to import tickets bought via the website or by a third party into the mobile application (e.g., using the QR code or something like that).

Current, I have to look into my email to present such tickets which is not very convenient.

Thanks

Hello @sisaman

Thanks for the feedback, I'll forward it to the appropriate department. Currently, only tickets purchased with a login are displayed on the app. Subsequent entry or upload of tickets is not possible and will be sent by mail.

Thank you for your understanding.

Have a nice day.

Kind regards, VlaznimA.

I purchased tickets on the sbb.ch website while logged in to my account. How can I import these into the app? Thanks.

Hello @YaYaTurre

Normally it should display the tickets automatically. Please try to log out once in the app and login again. If this does not help, please reinstall the app.
If it doesn't work, you are welcome to contact us via the contact form in the app, so that we can receive your customer data.

Thank you for your understanding. Have a nice day.
Kind regards, ZoeS
