I seem to have two SwissPasses. How can they be merged?

I seem to have two SwissPasses, one I got from SBB and one I think via ZVV. How can they be merged?

On one of them I have my ZVV abo for Zürich. The other seems to be used by my smartphone for half-tax card and long distance train tickets (outside of Zürich).

I couldn't find any topic related to this on the forum.

The best way is to contact the SBB Contact Center (0848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min). My employees can check with your data if there are really two SwissPass accounts.
