I received a fine for the first time in Switzerland

Hello, today I received my first fine in Switzerland. I am a refugee from Ukraine, I haven't figured out this ticket system yet and didn't know how to buy a day ticket, so I bought a one-way ticket. After the walk, I got on the train and wanted to buy a ticket, and since I don't speak German, I had to translate a lot, it took a long time, and during that time we drove several stops. When I already bought the ticket, it turned out that I bought it the wrong way. When the ticket inspector came up to us, scanned the ticket and said that I had bought the ticket late, I tried to explain the situation to him, but he did not listen to me and simply issued a fine. What do I need to do to reduce the size of the fine or cancel it?
