I payed but didn't get my tickets

I tried to get my mom tickets, we paid, we don't have a lot of money right now, especially with the situation in our home country, Ukraine. The payment went through, but we got a label saying that "time limit exceeded". We didn't receive anything on email or anything. I went online and saw so many people having the exact same problem, it seems like a repetition of an error made by this company. Either return us the money or send us the ticket.

Hello @annabash 

Please contact the Contact Center at 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0,08/min.) to verify the order. Basically: No confirmation by mail means purchase was not completed. However, it may be that the mail address was entered incorrectly.
