I tried to get my mom tickets, we paid, we don't have a lot of money right now, especially with the situation in our home country, Ukraine. The payment went through, but we got a label saying that "time limit exceeded". We didn't receive anything on email or anything. I went online and saw so many people having the exact same problem, it seems like a repetition of an error made by this company. Either return us the money or send us the ticket.
