Today I tried to purchase tickets via the app for the first time. I have tried twice and each time get a message that the payment authorisation failed. However, I know that the credit card information is correct and I have called the credit card company to confirm that the card has not been blocked for some reason.
Same thing happened to me. i tried to book it failed.. for me this first time it getting this error in page. at that time i used my another credit card that also same thing showing its declining the card... kindly help with this team
