I cannot register my credit card as a payment method

Hello.

I am trying to register my Mastercard as a payment method.

When I was doing it, I got this message and failed to register my card.

--> Saving a means of payment has failed. Please repeat the process.

But I used this card when I bought the ticket without sign-up in SBB.

And I already check whether this card is with 3D secure or not. (3D secure was adapted)

Is there any problem on my account?
