I am on android 11 and I am trying to search for connections. However, I am getting error code NTW 403. It says that it cannot establish connection. My internet connection is working fine.

The network problems sometimes only exist for a short time. Try uninstalling the app and installing it again.

I reinstalled my application and now it is working.
If you Still have the Problem.
Disconect your Phone on the SwissPass-Homepage and reLogin with SBB-Mobile App. It should work
