How to load Swiss Pass to SBB Mobile

I purchased the SwissPass online. Received my pass via email. Now, I am trying to load the Swiss Pass to the SBB Mobile app. There is a link "Add SwissPass card". After clicked the link, I was asked Customer no. and Postcode. Where can I find my Customer Number? Is the Postcode my zip code I used to purchase the SwissPass? Thank you!

You will find your customer number on your swisspass card directly under your photo : 10 digits and 3 dashes in between.

Your zipcode should be the one you gave us when you ordered your swisspass.

It might be better to give us a quick call so we can give you the support you need.

You can call our rail service on 0041 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min). If you are calling from abroad and this number does not work, please try 0041 51 225 78 00.

I purchased 2 swiss travel pass and trying to load into the app but it is asking for a postal code.  Postal code was never asked while purchasing the passes.
