How to link swiss travel pass to SBB Mobile if we are bought the STP online (Purchase as guest)


I bought Swiss Travel Pass Flexi 8 Days online at as guest without login/ register first. And I got the purchased receipt e-mail. Now I want to link My swiss travel pass to SBB Mobile apps but I cannot linked it because I dont have Customer Number. In the email I received there is no customer number only reference number, order number and article number.

If you bougth the Swiss Travel Pass Flex online, you have to activate the days on Then you can show your pass direclty on
