How to file a complaint and appeal a fine online

Today I got fined and I think it was totally unfair. I want to APPEAL the fine and file a complaint to SBB. I want to be able to do it online. I hope you are as fast to get back to me with this quetion as you were to take my money. 

The staff fininig me was so unprofessional. He walked away with my bank card.  I should be able to defend myself as well from this abuse of power!  I am incrediby angry with what happened today. Your staff should be more professional and understanding of the different scenarios before giving fines lightly and in the least professional manner!!
