Dear Madam / Sir,
Kindly advise how can I make a complaint regarding an SBB train ticket inspector's behavior who: Did not provide information on why my passport was been photographed (without my approval or consent), why my personal data was been collected (without my approval or consent), and what was the exact issue regarding the valid travel ticket provided. This event happens today 07.02.2022 in the S12 section D from Baden to Turgi at 7:43 AM. The event was handled unprofessional and with abuse of power from the SBB inspectors. If language was a barrier (which it was not as they all speak perfect English) it shall have been indicated to the user.
