Half fare travel card

Hello, I have purchased half fare travel card on 13th May from SBB Basel Bahnhof. I haven't received the red card yet, though I myself submitted the photo, and all other relevant documents they asked for.

Usually, it takes up to 10 days to produce the SwissPass card.

In the meantime, you can use your temporary SwissPass to take advantage of your half fare travelcard right away. The provisional SwissPass can be renewed free of charge if you have not yet received your card. If you would like to renew it, please visit any Swiss railway counter.

To check the production status of your card, please call the SBB Contact Center (0848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/Min).
