I have a valid half fare card and normally that information was pulled into the app via the Swiss Pass. For some reason this doesn’t work and the app only provides me with full fare prices.
If you still having issues with the tickets and your half fare card, I recommend you to re-login in the SBB mobile app. After this procedure you'll receive the correct price.
