Feedback need for lost report K2019/146003

Lost my backpack in the train (IR75 2651) on 10/07 and created lost report ( K2019 / 146003) on the same day.

15 minutes after I've come to the end of the bus, I'm in the Lucerne station with the detailed information including the train number, coach and how the backpack looks within 15 minutes. I thought the officer had a phone call to a couple of people, but I'm not sure they could handle the ticket staff in that train.

Unless it's stolen, it should be found or reported at least.

Please update the status of my report because I'm leaving Switzerland in two days.

I got the message that you found my lost article on 10th Oct, and had a phone call with your staff that you will ship my lost item to my hometown.

However I got a totally different response earlier today that you could not find my lost  article.

What's happening??
