I was charged for a journey I didn't go on via Twint. I had to swipe Stop on a journey because of GPS issues while the train was NOT moving and waiting for departure. So the charge should've been 0 francs. However I got charged 13.90 for no reason? I couldn't reach anyone on the phone for help.
In order to report a problem with EasyRide, please proceed as follows:
Open SBB Mobile or SBB Preview app and tick the relevant journey in the «EasyRide» box. Then select «Report problem with journey» and fill out the form. Customer Services will check your journey and contact you directly.
