The SBB app is showing me the error XVA 1202.
It seems to be a certificate issue.
Can you confirm it please?
Any ideas how to troubleshoot that problem ?

Please reinstall the app by downloading it from an official app store, for ex. the APP Store (if you use Apple) or the Google Play Store (if you have Android).
Many problems can be solved in this way.
