While purchasing a ticket on the app using payment method credit/debit card, my payment is failed with an error ‘TIF-3014’ even though there is enough balance in the card & it isn’t expired.
Could you please help?
Well.. my payment details are set to a monthly invoice and all previous invoices have been paid. I still get the same error code.

Error TIF-3014 = «Payment Authorisation refused» . Please contact your credit card company directly.
We do not have information about your credit card.

This error message appears when the payment authorization did not work. Please contact your bank or try it with another credit card.

I tried with another credit card and had same issue while booking the ticket using the app.
