Hi @BrettK

Please try the following steps:

  • Close all apps completely
  • Open SBB Preview App* and log in (login should work there. If not, reset password)
  • After successful login, switch to SBB Mobile App and log in.

* if not installed, here are the store links:

App Store (iOS)
https://itunes.apple.com/ch/app/sbb-mobile-preview/id1074833098?mt=8

Play Store (Android)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.sbb.mobile.android.preview

If all this does not help, please contact us via the SBB Mobile support form. And mention/link to this community post.

Best regards,

Daniel

Hi. I’m getting the same UTE-510 error in both apps. Login works, however, cannot make any adjustments to profile, nor enter payment methods. IoS 16.1 running on iPhone XR.

Got the issue solved by logging into SBB web and completing all data fields there. After that also iOS app worked and was able to complete ticket purchase with it.

Hello @BrettK

In order to sign in to SBB Mobile with your SwissPass-Login you have to accept the Cookies. This is how it works:

  • Open Google Chrome on your smartphone
  • In the upper right-hand corner click on the 3 dots then «Settings» → «Site settings» → «Cookies»
  • Then select «allow Cookies»
  • Open SBB Mobile and sign in with your SwissPass-Login

I wish you good luck and an awesome afternoon.

Regards, RahelW
