Hello,
Since Friday, I cannot buy any tickets both on the normal and Business apps. Is there an issue on your side?
I receive the error TUE-500 message.

I’m sorry about the situation. At the moment we change on a new system. We have already taken notice of the problem and we work on a solution. I recommend you to buy the ticket on our website or on a ticket machine.
