Tried to buy my ticket in the App. Got this error message. Cannot log in or buy tickets- was working fine last week.
any ideas how to fix this?

The error should be fixed again. It was a problem with the SwissPass connections. However, I would like to recommend you to re-enter the payment method details on www.sbb.ch, reinstall the app on your mobile phone and log in again. The error should be fixed and you can buy tickets again.
If it still does not work, please send us a screenshot of the error message via the contact form on www.sbb.ch so that we can forward it to our IT specialists.
