if i have my sbb mobile app on my personal phone, can i have it also on my work phone? Will they work at the same time? 
i mean do i have to log in each time on the phone i am using because it will log me off from the other? What about the tickets? Will they show on both devices?

You can use the same login for 2 devices and you don't have to re-login each time you use the other phone. In that case you'll se on both device the purchased tickets because the apps on both phones will work at the same time.
